Measurements are taken with the hat laid flat. Hat height is measured from the top of the hat to the neck edge, hat length from the back edge to the tip, and neck width across the snood opening.
If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger size.

30-day returns and size exchanges on every product.
Personalised add-ons: if you added an engraved name tag or a name written on the bone, the collar can still be exchanged or returned. Only the personalisation cost is non-refundable, and the name tag stays with you.
