All our products are handmade with care. Please allow a processing time of 3 to 7 business days, depending on the level of customisation. This applies to all orders, whichever shipping method you choose. Bone-mounted personalisation adds a further 2 to 3 business days, and the Swarovski® collection is made to order once you buy it.

United States
We offer two options to the US. Both are dispatched only once your order has been made.
Standard, $14: delivery in 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your state. Free on orders over $100.
FedEx Express, $24: delivery in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
How Standard tracks
Standard travels in two legs, and the first one covers most of the distance. Your parcel flies into the United States, and tracking stays quiet while it is in the air. So by the time it starts updating again, your parcel is already in the country with most of its journey behind it. USPS then handles the last step, which usually takes about two days. Your order remains our responsibility for the whole of that quiet stretch, right up to the moment USPS tracking goes live. If you would rather watch it move the whole way, choose FedEx Express at checkout.
All US orders ship DDP, which means duties are paid before your parcel arrives and nothing is owed on delivery.
For other international destinations, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
