About the crystals
Paw London is an authorised Swarovski® partner. Every stone on this leash is a genuine Swarovski® crystal, precision cut to an exact facet pattern so light enters and returns with far more brilliance than ordinary glass. Each one is set by hand into a gold-plated holder.
Smoke is the quietest stone in the range, a soft grey-brown that catches light without announcing itself. It is the choice for owners who want the sparkle noticed second rather than first.

Each piece in the Swarovski® collection is made to order for you by hand, with the crystals set individually.

We ship worldwide. Every piece is handmade to order, so please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 1 to 2 days with Royal Mail
- United States: 1 to 3 days with FedEx, or 5 to 7 days with USPS. All US orders ship delivered duty paid.
- Canada: 1 to 3 days with FedEx, or 3 to 5 days with Royal Mail. All Canadian orders ship delivered duty paid.
- Europe: 3 to 5 days with Royal Mail
- United Arab Emirates and Qatar: 3 days with Aramex
RETURNS
30-day returns and size exchanges on every product.
Personalised add-ons: if you added an engraved name tag or a name written on the bone, the collar can still be exchanged or returned. Only the personalisation cost is non-refundable, and the name tag stays with you.
