Love this collar for my little girl (toy poodle). She looks so elegant. I ordered the incorrect size and customer service were very helpful.
Product didn’t fit, wanted to return for smaller , sent email but heard nothing back. Also took about 3 weeks for delivery
We are absolutely delighted with Rocco’s package! Everything arrived beautifully presented, and you can really see the love and care that goes into every detail. It was such a wonderful surprise and made us incredibly happy to receive it. Rocco enjoyed it so much, and seeing him so happy made us even happier. 🥹🐾💙
What I loved the most was his personalized collar, matching leash, and his beautiful travel bag. The baby blue color is absolutely gorgeous and looks amazing on Rocco. 💙😍 His little bone-shaped name tag is spectacular — it truly looks like real gold! 😍✨
I also absolutely love the beautiful leather material and the excellent finish. You can really tell that everything is handmade with so much care, dedication, and love.
We are extremely happy with everything. Thank you so much for thinking of Rocco and for creating such beautiful, elegant, and special products for our pets! 🐶💙🐾
100% recommended! We are super happy! 😀❤️
